Haworthia Cooperi

Light:

Haworthia cooperi prefers bright, indirect light. Place your plant near a window where it can receive plenty of filtered sunlight throughout the day. Direct sunlight can cause the leaves to burn, so avoid placing it in intense sunlight.

Temperature:

Keep your Haworthia cooperi in a location where the temperature remains between 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C) during the day and doesn’t drop below 50°F (10°C) at night. Protect it from drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Watering:

Water your Haworthia cooperi sparingly. Allow the soil to dry out almost completely between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it’s better to underwater than overwater. Water the plant deeply, but infrequently, and ensure that excess water drains away freely.

Soil:

Use a well-draining potting mix for succulents or cacti. You can also create your own mix by combining regular potting soil with perlite or sand to improve drainage. Avoid using heavy, moisture-retaining soils, as they can cause root rot.

Humidity:

Haworthia cooperi doesn’t require high humidity levels and can tolerate dry indoor air. However, providing some humidity during the winter months or in very dry climates can benefit the plant. You can mist the air around the plant occasionally or place a shallow tray filled with water and pebbles beneath the pot.
